Matthew Benko-Scruggs is a mission-driven executive with over 20 years of leadership experience in hospitality, philanthropy, and brand strategy. Originally from Pittsburgh, PA, Matthew studied Culinary Arts and Hotel / Restaurant Management at Johnson & Wales University and completed executive coursework at The Wharton School of Business. Prior to NECIC, he lead the Philanthropy and Brand Management efforts for a statewide youth agency, where he secured the largest donation in the organization’s 78-year history and led branding across 23 regional offices.
Matthew’s career includes leadership roles at The Ohio State University’s Wooster Campus, major convention centers in Pittsburgh, Boston, Houston, and Dallas, and with the Pittsburgh Steelers. He has managed multimillion-dollar operations nationwide, consistently increasing revenue and improving guest experience.
Tionna PerdueTionna joined the team as a NECIC Staffing Specialist in 2017 after ten years with Third Street Family Health Services.
A Mansfield native, Tionna loves NECIC Stuffings mission to connect talented individuals with businesses in need, fostering a vibrant job market that benefits the community. Her passion for helping job seekers by giving them the tools they need to be successful shows every day in her work as the COO.
Robin GraberWith 25 years in the staffing industry, Robin loves navigating an ever-changing market, learning different business models, and connecting talent. But when the weekend hits, Robins husband and herself trade the office for the open road. Together on the back of their motorcycle, they chase history across mountain passes, beaches, and old towns. From building great workforces to cultivating her garden with her dogs, Robin is driven by growth and fueled by adventure.
Parker SchellParker brings more than 14 years of experience in manufacturing leadership, with a career that began in engineering and evolved into sales and operations. Throughout his career, he has focused on building repeatable, scalable systems that drive growth and long-term success.
Outside of work, Parker enjoys fly fishing, spending time with his children, reading, and watching movies. A history enthusiast, he has even traced his family lineage back to the 1100s, a fun fact that never fails to spark conversation.
